1. Data We Collect

To operate popups, cart upsell, and search services, we access the following authorized data via Salla, Zid, or WooCommerce:

  • Merchant & Store Data: Name, email, phone number, store name, and OAuth authorization tokens.
  • Products & Inventory Data: Product specs, prices, and categories to power upsell deals and landing pages.
  • Engagement & Traffic Data: Visitor interactions with popups and session duration to optimize campaign performance.
2. How We Use This Data

We use collected data solely to deliver and optimize store services:

  • Triggering interactive popups to store visitors based on merchant rules.
  • Running Cart Upsell algorithms and recommending compatible products.
  • Delivering detailed analytics and conversion reports to the merchant.
  • Providing technical support and continuous platform updates.
3. Data Security & Confidentiality

We never sell, rent, or share merchant or customer data with any third party for advertising. All data is encrypted on secure cloud servers using SSL/TLS 256-bit standards.

4. Data Deletion & Termination

Merchants may disconnect the application at any time from their Salla, Zid, or WooCommerce admin panel, terminating access and deleting OAuth tokens immediately.
