2. Nature of the Service

Pop Top provides SaaS solutions including: 230+ interactive pop-up templates, Smart Cart Upsell tools, instant landing pages, and smart search sales. We reserve the right to upgrade features continuously.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Payments are processed according to the chosen monthly or annual billing cycle via authorized payment gateways.
• Zero hidden commissions or percentages taken from store sales; plans are strictly fixed-fee subscriptions.
• Merchants may cancel subscription renewal at any time via their dashboard.

4. Responsible Use & Intellectual Property

Merchants agree not to use pop-up templates or landing pages for deceptive or illegal content. All designs and code are Pop Top exclusive intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to guarantee 99.9% uptime, and bear no liability for interruptions caused by upstream hosts or store platforms.
